- Shipping updates: you'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.
- Lost or damaged parcels: contact us through our Contact page with your order number (and a photo if damaged) within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund.
- Delays: if a carrier disruption or stock issue delays your order, we'll email you with options, including a full refund if it hasn't shipped.
