Is everything in stock?

Yes. What you see on the site is in stock with our supplier and ready to ship. If something sells out, the product page will say so.

When will my order ship?

Free shipping across Canada. Arrives in 2–4 business days (ships within 1–2 business days). You'll get an email as soon as it's on its way.

Is tax added?

No. We aren't currently registered for GST/HST, so no sales tax is added. The total at checkout is what you pay.

Will I pay duties or customs fees?

No. Orders ship from within Canada.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Not at the moment. Canada only.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Add a note in your cart and we'll pass it along with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders ship quickly, so please reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Can I return something?

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Everyone's skin is different. Patch-test on a small area first.
